GREEN JUICE
Ingredients:
- 2 large green apples, cored and chopped 
- 4 stalks of celery, chopped 
- 1 cucumber, peeled and chopped 
- 1 cup spinach leaves 
- 1-inch piece of ginger, peeled 
- 1/2 lemon, juiced 
- 1 cup water (optional, for a thinner consistency) 
- Ice cubes (optional, for serving) 
Instructions:
- Prepare the Ingredients: - Wash all the produce thoroughly. 
- Core and chop the apples. 
- Chop the celery stalks. 
- Peel and chop the cucumber. 
- Peel the ginger. - Juicing Process: - If using a juicer: - Feed the apples, celery, cucumber, spinach, and ginger through the juicer. 
- Collect the juice in a large pitcher. 
 - If using a blender: - Add the apples, celery, cucumber, spinach, and ginger to the blender. 
- Add 1 cup of water to help blend the ingredients. 
- Blend on high until smooth. 
- Pour the mixture through a fine mesh strainer or cheesecloth into a large pitcher, pressing to extract as much juice as possible. 
 - Add Lemon Juice: - Squeeze the half lemon into the juice and stir well. 
 - Serve: - Pour the green juice into glasses. 
- Add ice cubes if desired. 
- Serve immediately for the freshest taste. 
 - Tips:- Storage: Fresh juice is best consumed immediately, but it can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 24 hours. 
- Variations: Add other greens like kale or parsley for extra nutrients. 
- Sweetness: If you prefer a sweeter juice, add another apple or a small amount of honey or agave syrup.
